Sutton Elevation and Consulting, originally founded as Global Placement Services in August 2017, began with a clear mission: to help organizations attract, hire, and retain top talent. As a traditional staffing agency, we focused on matching skilled professionals with the right opportunities, empowering businesses to thrive through strong teams.
By 2019, we recognized the growing need for individuals to find positions aligned with their aspirations. This inspired us to expand into career development, guiding professionals toward their dream careers while helping businesses build stronger, more engaged teams.
In 2023, our vision evolved further. We transformed SEC into a purpose-driven consulting firm, broadening our impact to create lasting success for both individuals and businesses.
